Rody, they were all exemplary in their service to the project and that was (is) deeply appreciated. One long-term memory that sticks in my head is not only the scope of work they performed, but the manner too. Meaning, of all the sub-contractors on our project, SV is the ONLY one who was most cognizant to work in a sensitive manner, i.e. attention to the environment, wearing booties, and most impressive, personal “trash” carriers to clean up along the way – it left an impression of respect, especially, as well as demonstrates a pride of workmanship.

Scott, what a pleasure it has been working with Rody Santamarina and SoundVision. When I looked back to my notes, I was surprised to see our first meeting was back in October of 2021. We immediately felt comfortable working with Rody. We told him what we were hoping to achieve and each of his suggestions for size and type of TV and how to position them were spot on. And he didn’t balk at relocating an existing TV upstairs into a loft and coordinating the mount.
The whole team of installers– Spenser, Antonio, Austin, and Sam—were consistently professional, proficient, personable, and patient with us. They really took the time to make sure we understood the new equipment, especially the various new remotes and apps. They were determined to find wireless headphones that would work for us and their diligence is appreciated every day.
Having lived through a couple of years of Covid with very few people in our home, it’s a testimony to Sound Vision that we felt so at ease having each of the aforementioned in and out of the house. They were courteous, respectful, fun to work with and they never failed to wear those pesky booties.
Thanks to Rody for progress reports and for keeping us updated throughout these many months and multiple communications with Comcast. We could not be happier with his selections and the teamwork.

Just a quick note to tell you how happy I’ve been with the work done on various projects at my house over the last few months! David and Ray just left having worked all day to upgrade my wifi system. They were great, taking the extra time to make sure I understood the new system and where it’s various parts were located and, set up the eero app and get it working. They were helpful, patient and lovely to work with!
Logan has been great to work with too – professional, efficient and pleasant. There were a lot of moving parts to my various projects, some waiting times and of course, the tediousness of dealing with an aged client who doesn’t pay much attention to the world of electronics, but has lots of questions!

I love the easy sleek coverage that Lutrons provide. I feel like they add an extra layer of safety and protection for me while I am at my home. The sacred simplicity works for me. Beyond Lutrons, I do not feel the need for a lot of other window coverings. The shade system fits all of my needs.

have been a customer of yours for years, working through a maintenance issue with a burned out receiver and subwoofer and switching up the wiring on the system to optimize the speakers and I just wanted to let you know Joe Hertogs and Ryan Hastie have been doing a great job – both of them super helpful, extremely professional and practical. In fact Joe installed the system and I was slightly disappointed when he did not show up to do the maintenance but Ryan was excellent. When I mentioned that to Joe he told me you liked to hear direct feedback so here it is.
