OvrC
OvrC (pronounced oversee) is a tool that allows us to monitor your network 24/7 in order to diagnose any problems as they occur. Our system allows us to power cycle any device automatically and verify that they come back online. If the device does not come back online, we are notified and can elevate the issue to a service call if necessary.
If there happened to be an issue that can’t be fixed automatically by the system, we can view your system on OvrC from our offices and try to find a way to fix the problem without the costly service visit. This can also result in getting your control systems back in working order much quicker.
Whether OvrC fixes everything automatically or not, we are alerted to any problems that happened and we are better prepared to come up with the proper solutions even before we start driving in your direction.
OvrC also allows us to monitor the health of your network over time and potentially see problems before they affect you. We typically design OvrC into our projects for this very reason.
