Getting Started Is Easy
Home rebuilds and renovations can be overwhelming! Our transparent process will help alleviate the stresses of a remodel or rebuild. We’ll visit you on-site/review the plans, help you discover the options that are best for you, and get to work! If you’re looking for more details, here’s what working with SoundVision looks like.
1) Initial Contact:
This is the beginning of our long-term relationship with you. Maybe your neighbor or friend recommended that you reach out to us. Perhaps you have seen our perfect 5-star record on Yelp or Google over the last four years. No matter where you heard about us, you’re here! 3) In-Person Consultation To Get
Familiar With You and Your Project:
Once we both agree we might be a good fit for each other, the next step would be an in-person consultation. We will familiarize ourselves with the project and your goals.
4) Explore Options Together:
At this stage, we know what you want and what the space looks like. Now it’s our turn to share with you what options are available and see what makes sense for you.
Depending on what you’re looking for, we may also invite you over to our design center. We have examples of our most popular solutions, including motorized shades, home-audio systems, multiple speaker systems, different TV styles and even a private theater! It’s one thing to read about a solution and see pictures, but it’s another to experience them firsthand.

5) Build Your Wishlist:
After reviewing the options, we put together a preliminary scope of work and associated cost estimate. This is an “a la carte menu” that shows you the pricing for each of the options on your wish list.
Some of our customers see this breakdown and decide, “I don’t want to spend that much on the guest room. I’d rather get better speakers in the living room.” Breaking down our proposal so precisely gives you the flexibility to get the solutions you want in the rooms that matter most.
Our goal is to create a project proposal that is as transparent as possible. We segment our proposals by the type of system (for example: home audio, TV systems, cameras, etc.). Then under each system, we break down the items by room and the associated labor to install each item. That way, you can clearly understand where your money is going.
