Most Creative Hidden TVs: Creative Solutions to Tricky Situations

People enjoy watching TV, but many dislike having a giant black rectangle in their home! Thankfully, we can help you get the best of both worlds: TVs where you want them, without disrupting your home’s design. About half of the TVs we install for customers have some way of blending seamlessly into their space. In this article, we’ll explore five unique methods to keep your home’s design undisturbed.

The Rolling Art TV

While a TV can detract from a space, art can be complementary. Unlike the popular Frame TV, this is a real piece of art on the wall. You can touch it and feel the canvas. So where’s the TV? The artwork magically rolls away with a single press, revealing a TV.

Artwork Flexibility

You can choose any artwork you’d like. Pick from dozens of existing options or commission your favorite artist to create a unique piece for your home. Real artwork has a special charm that a screen cannot replicate.

TV Choice Flexibility

The Frame TV comes in limited options. With the Rolling Art TV, you can use any TV you’d like, allowing for greater flexibility in picture quality.

Hidden Behind Architecture

For those who want a TV in their home but their space doesn’t need artwork, hiding a TV behind architectural details is an excellent option. In this example, the customer wanted a TV in their kitchen, where the design didn’t allow for a picture to hide the TV. Instead, we concealed the TV behind an architectural feature. The TV is quickly revealed with a remote. It can be tilted in various directions for optimal viewing from anywhere in the room.

If you prefer to unwind with TV in bed, the bed pop-up TV is a fantastic solution. When you want to watch TV, simply press a button, and a TV will emerge from under the bed. It will automatically raise into the perfect position for TV in bed. This allows you to relax and enjoy your favorite movies in bed without a permanent TV in your bedroom.

Frame TV in a Kitchen

One of the easiest ways to add a hidden TV in the kitchen is with the Frame TV. When the Samsung Frame TV is turned off, it displays artwork that you can change along with the photo mat whenever you like. You can even add your own photos! Pair it with a custom frame to complete the look and cohesively tie it into the rest of your space.

A Mirror TV

One of the most incognito TVs you can get is a mirror TV. Popular for bathrooms and bedrooms, the mirror TV can instantly start displaying a TV through the mirror thanks to the 2-way glass. The downside of this setup is that you can’t get rid of the reflective coating while watching TV. That means darker areas of your TV may be overshadowed by bright reflections, decreasing the picture quality. Mirror TVs are best for casual watching. Alternatively, mirror TVs are best watched at night, when there are minimal reflections.
